How does the system work?

Our keg system integrates quality keg components into a portable and smart looking unit. Inside the system is a standard 49.5Ltr brewery keg contained within an insulated liner. A compact CO2 cylinder on the back of the unit ensures your keg pours perfectly to the last beer. The beer flows through an oversized cold plate packed in ice which keeps the beer flowing cold for approximately 24hrs. Any spilled beer is collected in the drip tray and contained in a sealed bottle inside the unit so there's no mess.

How long will the beer stay cold?

Our keg system has been tested and pours ice cold beer for approximately 24 hrs depending on exposure to the sun and the temperature on the day.

How much notice do I need to give?

For most kegs we need 5-7 days notice. Some beers are subject to special availability so contact us as early as possible. From time to time we'll have a keg for that last minute occasion but choice is very limited and subject to availability.

What if the Keg stops working?

We've taken very special care to develop our unique system and faults rarely occur. In the unlikely event that something's not right with your keg please call our booking number on 1300 550 647 and we'll try to fix the fault over the phone. Please don't attempt to adjust any settings before you have spoken to us. If the equipment has been tampered with you may not be entitled to a full refund of your bond. If the fault cannot be rectified over the phone we will attempt to rectify it on site or replace your keg on the night with another keg if possible or an equivalent quantity of packaged beer.

Do I get a refund for left over beer?

Sorry - we can't do anything with left over beer. An option for you is to have a few empty 2Ltr plastic bottles on hand and bottle any beer left over. It should stay fresh for a few days, so not all is lost. Just make sure you leave as little air in the bottles as possible.

Why can't I find Corona on the Beer Menu?

Corona is not made by it's brewery in kegs. If you drink Corona from one it's an imitation. We respect each brewer's passion and efforts to make their beers taste the way they - and you, want them to taste. To fully appreciate their dedication and commitment to this time old art we only use quality kegs made by the brewery that makes the beer you like, just as they intended.
